Shortsville – Betty L. Parker, 81 entered eternal rest Sunday, November 5, 2017, at F.F. Thompson Hospital surrounded by her family.
Family will greet friends Friday (Nov. 10) from 4 to 7 p.m. at Halsted-Patrick Funeral Home, 19 N. Main St, Manchester, NY. A Funeral Service will be Saturday (Nov 11) at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery.

Betty was born the daughter of the late Lewis and Barbra (Deniston) Holtz on Thursday, June 18, 1936, in Macedon NY. For many years Betty worked for the Red Jacket School District in the cafeteria. Betty enjoyed baking, puzzles,and loved to watch hummingbirds. Betty liked to play bingo games and watch “The Price is Right” and the Food Channel.
Betty will be lovingly remembered by her husband Richard L. Parker; children, Marc (Maria) Parker and Cindy (Jim) Goodall; grandsons, Austin and Nicholas Parker; many nieces and nephews; her grand dogs Tigger and Pooh Bear.
Betty was predeceased by her nine siblings.
