Ernest was born the son of the late Ernest F. and Pansy Stefl Sr. on Wednesday, July 13, 1938 in Donegal, PA. He spent most of his life in the Shortsville area and retired from Fredon Corp. in Rochester, NY. He loved drag racing and was a member of the NHRA. Ernest enjoyed country music and played the guitar and banjo. Above all else he loved spending time with his family.
Ernest will be remembered by his sons, Todd Stefl and his friend Kim, Terry Stefl; several nieces and nephews.
Ernest was predeceased by his sister, Connie Sciortino.
