Shortsville - Phyllis (Englehart) Fritz, 77 entered eternal rest on Monday, March 19, 2018, at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Phyllis was born the daughter of the late Harry and Florence (Steward) Englehart. on Monday, July 29, 1940, in Manchester, NY. She spent her life in the Shortsville area, graduating from Red Jacket School class of 1958. She worked for Walmart in Geneva, NY and Canandaigua, NY for a total of 20 years in retail sales. Phyllis played softball for the Ziebart Zippers and loved bowling. Working in her yard and planting flowers brought her joy and relaxation. Above all, Phyllis, found spending time with family and grandchildren most enjoyable.

Phyllis will be remembered by her husband, Donald G. Fritz; sons, Michael Fritz and Matthew Fritz; daughter Shelly (Chris) Bliss; daughter-in-law, Collene DiBalso; six grandchildren and one great-grandson; sister, Jean (Leigh) Mallaber; several nieces and nephews.

Phyllis was predeceased by her brother, Foster Englehart; sisters-in-law, Barbara Walbridge and Virginia Mallaber.
