Ronald was born the son of the late Leon and Mary (Monaforte) Pritchard on Sunday, June 20, 1948, in Alexandria Bay, NY. He served in the United States Navy from 1967 until 1973. Ron retired from the Eastman Kodak Company after 35 years. However, he continued to work for both Red Jacket and Midlakes School Districts as a bus monitor for several years. Ron's favorite sports teams were the Yankees and New Orleans Saints.

Ronald will be remembered by his brother, Leon (Christina) Pritchard; sisters, Margaret (John) Legg, and Patricia Pritchard; stepdaughters, Linda (Robert) VanCaeseele, Cheryl (William) Keifer, and Karen (Tim Durgan) Wood; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews

Ronald was predeceased by his wife, Sandra Pritchard in 2017.
