Manchester – Teresa Phillips, 78 entered eternal rest Sunday, November 12, 2017 at F.F. Thompson Hospital.
Family will greet friends on Thursday (Nov. 16) from 4 to 6 p.m. at Halsted-Patrick Funeral Home, 19 N. Main St, Manchester where a Funeral Service will follow calling at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in St. Rose Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Teresa was born the daughter of the late John and Angeline Elliott on Wednesday, March 15, 1939 in Lyons, NY. She attended Geneva High School and worked for Westplex in Manchester on the assembly line retiring in 1996. Teresa was a member of St. Dominic's Church in Shortsville. She enjoyed being a housewife, mother, crafting, knitting, sewing and crocheting. As a crafter, she was able to take any material, cloth, cardboard or construction paper and make a picture for any season of the year.
Teresa will be remembered by her sons, Stanley (Barbara) Phillips III and James (Nancy) Phillips; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Teresa was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Phillips, Jr.; brothers, Ernest, Frank, Theodore, Alfred and Stephen.
