Canandaigua - Diane R. Dietz, 94, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022.

Diane was born the daughter of the late Edward McKeown and Juanita Moore on Thursday, May 10, 1928, in San Diego, California. Once she graduated from high school, she worked during World War II, installing radar into new airplanes. After that, she worked until her retirement for the IRS at the management level and traveled to several IRS offices throughout the country. She enjoyed all things crafty, jewelry, needlepoint, and crafting dollhouses, including all the furniture to go in them.

Diane will be remembered by her grandson Charles (Christina) Dietz; great-grandchildren Keaghan Mello, Nicholette Stedge, Cody Barber, and Matthew Rommel; great great-grandchildren Faith, Mark, Lucas, Corbin, Kourtney, Xavier and Ezra Rose; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Diane was predeceased by her daughter, Juline Herald, as well as her brother and sister.
