Manchester, NY - Age 86, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
She was born September 17, 1937, in Placanica, Italy, the daughter of the late Pasquale and Vittoria Figlioti. She was the beloved wife of the late husband of 48 years, Cosimo Tarzia.
Dolores leaves behind her 2 children, Bruce (Colleen) Tarzia and Mary Tarzia; grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica), Jacob and Jenna (Jon); great grandchildren, Antonio, Trey, Torren and Gianna; sister, Teresa Schirrippa (Joseph-deceased) brother Peter (Adrian) Figliotti; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She also had a brother Cosimo (Anna) Figliotti both of which are deceased.
Dolores worked at Mobil Chemical and Westplex. If you asked her, she would tell you her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Her funeral mass will be held at St. Dominic Church, 97 W. Main Street, Shortsville, NY 14548 on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Interment will be immediately after in St. Rose Cemetery.
