Manchester/Tucson, AZ - Kory Michael Wade, 33, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

The family will greet friends from 11 a.m to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Red Jacket High School auditorium, 1506 State Route 21, Shortsville, NY 14548. Kory's memorial service will follow visitation at 12:30 p.m. Private burial will take place in Sampson Veterans Cemetery, Romulus, NY.

Kory was born the son of Michael L Wade and Jill M Betz on Thursday, January 11, 1990, in Canandaigua, NY. Kory was raised in Manchester and graduated from Red Jacket High School class of 2008. He enlisted with the Air Force and has served his country since 2008. He received numerous awards, including the Air and Space Commendation Medal, Air and Space Achievement Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Air and Space Outstanding Unit Award, National Defense Service Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and U.S. Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon. Kory loved spending time with family, boating, with the occasional boating poker run, riding motorcycles, and time with his dog Kaiser.

Kory was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Lloyd Wade and Barbara Wade; his maternal grandparents, Fred (Joyce) Sauer.

Kory will be remembered by his parents Michael Wade and Jill Sauer-Betz; his dog Kaiser; uncles and aunts Debbie (Clyde) Snell, Tom (Jeric Consunto) Wade, Sandy (Gordie) Baker, Diane (Doug) Coons, Karl (Marie Harder) Sauer; step-grandmother, Marlene Wade; several cousins
