After a heroic battle with pancreatic cancer, Robert A. Sims passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024 at his home in Rochester, NY, surrounded by his three children.
Bobby was first and foremost a devoted and loving father, and a beloved friend to many. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, music and concerts, traveling, camping and he was always making the room laugh with his witty sense of humor.
Bobby was a leading salesman with Latina Boulevard Foods, LLC for 30 years and was well-respected and loved by his work community.
"Friends with Bill W." for 27 years, Bobby (Dr. Doom) was a proud and vital member of F.C.M.C of Western NY for over 10 years.
He is survived by his children, Renee, Robert J., and Jessica; his grandchildren, Emmitt and Logan; and his sister, Julie (Charlie).
Welcoming friends and family to join in celebrating Bobby's life from 3pm to 7pm, Friday, April 26th, 2024 at Veterans Memorial Park - Bushman Cabin, Henrietta, NY. Come casual and comfortable and please come and go as you see fit, sharing photos and memories that will live with us all forever.
His fight has ended but the road he rides goes on forever.
