Manchester - Sandra "Sam" Bailey, 70, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at F.F. Thompson Hospital.

The family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2022, at Halsted-Patrick Funeral Home, Inc., 19 North Main Street, Manchester, NY. Sandra's funeral service will follow visitation at 7 p.m. Her celebration of life will follow the funeral service at the American Legion Turner Schrader Post, 1513 Palmyra Street, Shortsville, NY. Private burial will take place in Riverview Cemetery, Clifton Springs, NY.

Sandra was born the daughter of the late Robert and Lila (Maestas) Marks on Sunday, October 14, 1951, in Clifton Springs, NY. She grew up in the Clifton Springs area graduating from Midlakes High School. For several years Sam had Just-Us Two home cleaning service in the area. Sandra enjoyed attending her kid's activities through the years and was known to be very social. She was a Girl Scout leader and volunteered at the American Legion every year selling Poppy's.
Sandra will be remembered by her children Trevor (Shelley) Bailey and Heather (Rick) Ostrander; grandchildren Cody Ostrander, Austin Ostrander, Sami and Lexi Bailey; two great-granddaughters; sister-in-law, Pat Marks; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Sandra was predeceased by her husband Omer, in 2020; her siblings Edward Marks, Gerri Gleeson and Robert Marks.
