Manchester - Vincent DelGatto, 87, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Clifton Springs Hospital.

Please join the family at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at St. Dominic Church, 97 W. Main Street, Shortsville, NY for Vincent's funeral mass. Burial will follow at St. Rose Cemetery, Shortsville Road, Shortsville, NY.

Vincent was born the son of the late Anthony and Assunta (Sementilli) DelGatto on Tuesday, November 26, 1935, in Canandaigua, NY. Vincent was raised and spent his life in the Manchester area. He graduated from Red Jacket High School class of 1953. Vincent enlisted and served with the United States Army from 1953 to 1955. Vincent retired as a union bricklayer from his own business. Vincent enjoyed gardening, hunting, and fishing. He loved spending time with his family and friends and treasured time with his lifelong friends in Florida and the Adirondacks.

Vincent will be remembered by his sons, Vincent Jr., and James (Deborah) DelGatto; a daughter, Denise (Guy Zona) DelGatto; grandchildren, Annette, Garrett, Dominic, Danielle, Jayme and Hannah; six great-grandchildren; nephew, Anthony Michael DelGatto.

Vincent was predeceased by his wife Carol in 2017; his brother Anthony and Joseph DelGatto.
