William Eagley

Farmington - William Eagley, 62, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023, at his home.

The family will greet friends from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Halsted-Patrick Funeral Home, Inc., 19 North Main Street, Manchester, NY 14504. Burial will be in Pioneers Cemetery.

Bill was born the son of the late Donald Anson and Alice Ann (Carey) Eagley on Tuesday, November 15, 1960, in Canandaigua, NY. He spent his life in the area, graduating from Red Jacket High School class of 1978. Bill worked at Mobil for thirty years and then several years at Terphane in Bloomfield before he retired. Bill enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, or riding his Harley Davidson. Most important to Bill was his family, and he cherished time spent with them.

Bill will be remembered by his loving wife of forty-three years, Cindy Eagley; his sons Billy Jr. (Stacy Polmanteer) Eagley and Andy (Ashley Smith) Eagley; granddaughters Lilly Joseph and Hannah Eagley; siblings Anson (Amy) Eagley, Kevin (Amy) Eagley and Karen (Mark) Kommer; several nieces and nephews.

William was predeceased by his brother, Alan Eagley in 2022.
